The One Bedroom Lodges sleep up to 4 people. OUR LODGES ARE ALL UP-SIDE DOWN HOUSES which GIVEs ALL GUESTS THE BEST POSSIBLE VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY AND LOUNGE. THE FACILITIES AND LAYOUT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with private balcony
Double sofa bed in the lounge area, along with personal storage space and all linen
Lodge facilities include:
Lounge area: Smart TV, DVD player, music system, direct dial telephone and wifi
Kitchen: fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards are fully stocked with cookware, crockery and glassware.
All bedrooms are fully supplied with linen and towels. If you require additional sets, these can be requested for a small additional charge.
Each lodge is equipped with a drying closet for coats and outerwear after a rainy day

There is cash-operated laundry room available on site
Each lodge has its own parking space and additional parking is available. Please enquire when booking if you have specific parking needs

Staff are available during office hours Monday - Saturday and on Sunday mornings to help you with any enquiries or advice
Board games boxes including Backgammon, chess and cards are available on request

PLEASE NOTE:
Electricity is charged as an extra cost from a meter reading and is payable upon departure.
Each lodge has its own first floor balcony and there is a river in the grounds so all children must be supervised at all times.
